UNMATCHED EXPERIENCE

SHELTERING

Thousands of responders can be deployed and in-theatre within 24-48 hours to set up and operate general population and medical shelters, Federal Medical Stations, influx shelters, and other alternative care sites.

REUNIFICATION

We support federal, regional, and state partners, with reunification operations to reconnect disaster survivors with their families.

TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS

Our fleet includes ambulances, fire engines, mobile medical and more. We deploy packages and caches in a rapid matter and employ FAA-licensed drone operators to enhance operational awareness.

EVACUATION SUPPORT

We operate with governmental authority to execute triaging evacuees, securing transportation needs, providing emergency shelter placement, air operations, evacuation hub task forces, and more.

DISASTER CASE MANAGERS

Our disaster case managers work to connect survivors with available resources and help them reestablish their lives and livelihoods.

DISASTER MENTAL HEALTH

Our disaster mental health staff mobilizes to the front lines to provide compassionate care and psychological assistance to populations affected by a disaster.

STAFFING SUPPORT

A cadre of over 350,000 disaster-ready personnel stands ready to deploy and answer the call to those needing staffing support.

BASE CAMP OPERATIONS

We have the unrivaled ability to stand up and staff self-sustaining base camps and temporary structures. With our partners, we can deploy, employ, operate, and demobilize fully functional temporary support facilities.

Planning

By utilizing a whole community inclusive planning approach, including concepts specific to disability integration and functional needs support services (FNSS), we continue to successfully develop and deliver all-hazards emergency planning and preparedness initiatives across the nation. Our planning standards involve all phases of emergency management written by real-world operators developing customizable emergency plans, all-hazard SOPs, and operational strategies to finding realistic solutions. 

Training

Our training content is founded upon best practices developed during actual incident responses. Our subject matter experts provide training tailored to specific risks requiring customization to the individual community and strengthen jurisdictional preparedness through hands-on workshops designed to prepare participants for a wide range of disaster and emergency incident scenarios. As experts in training design and development, we are proud to train emergency management professionals within an incident-management training environment.

Exercise

Our subject matter experts provide emergency response training and HSEEP-compliant exercises tailored to a particular state, jurisdiction, or healthcare entity’s needs through hands-on workshops and exercises designed to test how team members manage the response to a hypothetical incident, allowing them to identify strengths and areas for improvement for a wide range of disaster and emergency scenarios.
